REFUNDS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your LUVVITT product, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. The costs you may be responsible for regarding returns include:

  • – Postage for mailing back your old product
  • – Up to 15% restocking fee on all items may apply.
You may return the products to: LUVVITT LLC Order # 4125 218th St. Bayside, NY 11361 Please make sure to return your product with method that includes a tracking number.
Once we receive your return please allow us 5-7 business days to process your refund. Please note that it may take an additional few business days for you to receive your refund through your bank if you have used a credit card.
LUVVITT’s refund policy only applies to purchases made from LUVVITT.com. Only the re-seller has the ability to refund the money you paid to them. LUVVITT was not involved in the direct transaction and, therefore, does not have the means to extend the refund. Please contact the reseller where you made the original purchase to find out their refund policies.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship almost to anywhere in the world. You can simply add the product to your shopping cart and check the different shipping methods and related costs offered simply by entering your country, city and postal code information.
Login to your account, click on “view order” link next to the item you want to track. On the detail page, click on the red “track order” link. Alternatively, from the top manu bar, you can go to Support>Track Shipment and enter your tracking number that was provided on the shipment notification email we sent you
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. International orders may take a little longer as they need additional documentation.
