Screen Protection Plan – If your device’s screen is cracked or broken while protected by ProofTech liquid screen protector, this limited protection plan provides up to the purchased coverage amount in screen repair reimbursement, valid for one year starting 30 days after successful registration. This plan is not a standalone product and is only valid as an add-on to a qualifying ProofTech liquid screen protector purchased within the past 3 months. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure eligibility. Claims require prior authorization and must be submitted with a valid invoice for professional screen repair. Coverage excludes scratches, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear. Registration must be completed within 30 days of plan purchase. This is a digital product—non-transferable, non-refundable, and delivered via email with an activation code.
